Perfect for families and couples staying for the weekend.
Very spacious room and everyone in the hotel was very accommodating and friendly. The gym and Spa center was definitely something we liked. Too bad the massage was fully-booked before New Year’s so we didn’t get to try it.
Buffet and food at the restos were so-so, you can choose not to include it in your booking and just have food delivered. The 2nd day buffet room was out of service so we had to move to one of the function rooms and the queue in line was very stressful. Would’ve been better if they allowed guests to check-in a little later than normal since we weren’t informed of the delays in the buffet.

Overall experience, staff were great except for that incident that I mentioned.
Staff were all so nice, always willing to help with a smile. Cleanliness of the property.
The doors are so heavy, but we were told it’s because of soundproof concern. Breakfast buffet had good selection. However, there was this instance that we had out of town plan and wanted to eat early breakfast before we head out knowing that it opens at 6-which clearly states on their sign. When we asked the lady who works on that dept., we were told that it starts at 6:30am, it’s just that the sign is not fixed yet. We asked if we can have coffee, yes-good, they served coffee. But when we asked if we can grab some boiled eggs- they said it’s not ready yet. Instead they have us “salted eggs.” What are we going to do with salted eggs, besides it’s already 6:12am and I’m sure they have something. They didn’t even offer an option- like if they can prepare a simple sandwich to go- nothing. After all, I purchased a prepaid breakfast buffet for the whole stay.There’s no effort at all.
